Ever since I got back from China in November of 2008, the idea of moving there has been a little thought in the back of my mind. More recently though, I actually took another trip to China, Thailand, and Hong Kong to explore what life is like on a more normal basis. What I found made me think more about moving to China.
1) The cost of starting up a business is cheaper and there are fewer restrictions.
2) The cost of labor for a company is significantly lower. For example, a fresh college graduate would only cost you $1,200 USD per month to employ. AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING.
3) If you’re in the import/distribution business like I am, this is a great way to be in the thick of it all.
But there are others who are moving to China and they don’t even have work experience yet. Check out this article that got published today in the New York Times.

Makes you want to move huh?
